-Once your order is placed please send me your photos via shopify messages or e-mail to hellojess [!at] jessyandco.ca

- This ornament is created digitally by me based on your specifications, then engraved onto the wood slice, leave it plain or upgrade for painted characters! Sealed to finish to protect from wear and tear, includes twine ready to hang.

-Please include as many details and request for changes as you need (different hair style or hair colour, preferred clothing etc) I will do my best to match all details

-This ornaments vary in size and are not perfect in shape, so please be aware of the unique nature of them

-Due to handmade nature of them, please be mindful that some details won't be included as it's a cartoon version of people. I will interpret your photos to the best of my abilities

-Mock ups only provided upon request.

-Personalize it with your choice of last name, names, or very short quote! (please be mindful of the limited space if choosing a custom text or quote)

-Separate pictures for families is ok! unfiltered and high quality frontal pictures are preferred!
